By accessing or using the Delper platform, users agree to comply with these legally binding Terms.
Delper operates strictly as a Reward Points-based grocery redemption platform.
No monetary payments are processed. No payment gateway is integrated.
Reward Points do not constitute currency, property, or financial instruments.
Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to contract under Indian law.
Reward Points:
Reward generation may involve third-party advertisers.
Delper does not guarantee advertiser content accuracy.
Advertiser disputes shall not create liability against Delper.
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Delper Ecom Private Limited
from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from misuse of the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delperās liability shall not exceed the value of Reward Points in dispute.
The Platform is provided on an āas-isā and āas-availableā basis.
Delper shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, internet outages, or supply disruptions.
All disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
Failing which, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Seat of Arbitration: Bangalore, Karnataka.
Language: English.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Courts in Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
