REFUND, RETURNS & REPLACEMENT POLICY

1.1 No Monetary Refunds

Delper operates exclusively on Reward Points redemption.

No monetary payments are collected.

No financial refunds, reimbursements, or chargebacks are applicable.

1.2 Reward Reversals

Reward Points once redeemed are final.

In exceptional cases, points may be re-credited at Company discretion.

1.3 Replacement Policy

Products undergo quality inspection prior to dispatch.

Users must notify Delper within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@delperecom.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photographs
  • Description of issue

Upon verification, replacement shall be arranged.

1.4 Exclusions

Replacement is not applicable if:

  • Intimation exceeds 24 hours
  • Product is used or damaged due to misuse
  • Original packaging is unavailable

1.5 Limitation of Remedy

Replacement or re-credit of Reward Points shall be the sole and exclusive remedy.
